Part 2: Creating the food triangle and an exercise plan
In the classroom we discuss the starting situation of the class group in terms of moving and sitting still for a long time.
On the classroom walls we have hung posters of Healthy Living with different slogans on them. We discuss the meaning in class.
We look at the movement triangle together. After this the students make a task about this.
Based on information already obtained, the students create an exercise plan.
